The very people who built your place or space will be there to manage the handover with the responsibility for cataloguing guarantees, instructions, suppliers, materials, trades and contacts across the operational aspects of your property. Many of our owners are not in residence; they’re overseas or it’s a second home, mixed use, or commercial property. Each scenario is unique, covering as much or as little assistance as you need:
  • Maintenance: prepare a time-and-condition based schedule
  • Construction: your personal wallet of guarantees and warranties
  • Manufacture: As Built folder for larger or commercial projects
  • Defects: review the defects with you, identify, manage and rectify
  • Management: schedule running repairs, fixes to blocks, leaks and drips
  • Trades and suppliers: introductions and contact details
  • Prevention: part of the Management schedule to ensure the deck is oiled and the high-pressure washer ordered for the driveway or paving, managing equipment repairs as well as replacements to prevent breakdowns
  • Protection: part of the management schedule to ensure gutters are cleaned regularly, interior and exterior hoses are in good repair and we have covers and awnings for areas we need shaded as well as pool, garden and tree management
  • Communication: organising, monitoring and management of gardens and outdoor areas on hand for emergencies and breakdowns as well as the unforeseen but anticipated environmental impacts of storms, floods, wind and fire – liaising between owners and suppliers.
