Kingsclere is a landmark Edwardian apartment building in Elizabeth Bay, built in 1912–13 and notable as one of Sydney’s earliest luxury flat developments. It features large house-like residences with grand cedar interiors. Our brief was provided by an architect and was focused on maintaining the original style and heritage feel of the building while bringing a brighter and airier feel.
